1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of The M.P.G. Studio's services and website. By booking a session or introductory call, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have questions, contact us at info@mpgstudio.com.

2. Services

The M.P.G. Studio offers private, one-on-one coaching sessions combining movement, psychedelic education, and personal guidance. Sessions are available in varying durations and are priced accordingly. Session fees are communicated prior to booking and confirmed before any payment is collected. A free 20-minute introductory call is available prior to booking a paid session. The introductory call carries no obligation and no charge.

The M.P.G. Studio is a coaching and guidance practice. It is not a medical, clinical, or therapeutic service. Nothing discussed during sessions constitutes medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or legal counsel. Clients are encouraged to maintain relationships with licensed medical and mental health professionals as appropriate.

3. Payment

Your credit card or payment method will not be charged until after your session is completed. By providing your payment details at the time of booking, you authorize The MPG Studio to process payment for the agreed session fee upon completion of your appointment.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The M.P.G. Studio does not store your payment information.

4. Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. The following policy applies to all paid sessions:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment: A full credit will be applied to a future session. No credit card charge will be processed.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment: The full session fee will be charged to the payment method on file. No refund, credit, or transfer will be issued. This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal emergencies.

No-shows: Failure to appear for a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a cancellation within 48 hours and the full session fee will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule, contact us directly at info@mpgstudio.com as early as possible.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

No refunds are issued for completed sessions under any circumstances. If you have a concern about your session experience, please contact us directly and we will do our best to address it.

Because payment is not collected until after your session is complete, you have the opportunity to discuss any concerns before payment is processed. Once a session has concluded and payment has been collected, that transaction is final.

6. Client Conduct and Responsibility

By booking a session, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.

• You are engaging with The M.P.G. Studio voluntarily and of your own accord.

• Any personal choices made before, during, or after a session — including but not limited to the use of any substances — are your own responsibility. The M.P.G. Studio does not supply, administer, recommend, or instruct the use of any substances. Educational discussion is provided for informational purposes only.

• You will disclose any relevant physical or mental health conditions prior to participating in movement-based activities.

7. Privacy

The M.P.G. Studio takes your privacy seriously. No personal information, session content, or identifying details are shared with third parties. Your name, contact information, and the fact of your engagement with The M.P.G. Studio are kept strictly confidential.

Session content is not recorded without your explicit written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

The M.P.G. Studio and its coach(es) are not liable for any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes arising from participation in sessions. Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. Participation in movement activities carries inherent physical risk; clients accept this risk upon booking.

9. Changes to These Terms

The M.P.G. Studio reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
