Santa Monica’s private 1:1 transformation studio combining Movement, Psychedelic Integration, and Guidance.
A place to discover, challenge, and transcend the limitations that hold you back.
Life coaching, redefined.
A session at M.P.G. Studio doesn’t follow the standard life-coaching blueprint. This is a one of a kind space designed to promote physical movement, psychedelic integration, and thoughtful guidance that is unique to each and every client. The only requirement, an open mind. The only mission, to uncover the very best version of yourself.
Who It Is Built For:
The M.P.G. Studio is built for the individuals who have tried: maybe it’s career, wealth, status, relationships, therapy, or self-help. But you still feel like something is incomplete.
If standard practices haven't moved the needle, it's not because you failed. It’s because traditional models were never designed to go deep enough. We built this space for those ready to stop treating symptoms and start moving through the root cause.
What is the M.P.G. Studio?
The Studio
A place to talk.
A place to move.
A place to build.
A place to grow.
A place to fuel.
A place to rest.
The Method
Personal transformation coaching through three deeply connected modalities:
-
Put simply, the body tells the truth. By engaging the body through movement we can access places the mind has long since forgotten.
Movement is life: it’s the flow of blood through our veins; it’s the rise and fall of our chests as we breathe; it’s the muscles contracting and relaxing as we walk.
Movement is not only the key to physical health, but also mental health. Sadly, this is a fact that most mental health practices ignore. Clients are bound to soft couches inside small offices and their physicality goes completely ignored.
In 1946, the psychiatrist J.L. Moreno said, “the body remembers what the mind forgets”, and this has never been more true than right now, and it’s why we built the M.P.G. Studio as a place to engage both the mind and the body. Something as uneventful as a 20 minute walk on the treadmill can drastically alter a person’s energy/mood/mindset, granting access and insight into places previously walled away.
That is just the beginning of where this work can go.

Psychedelics are powerful tools of human transformation. When used responsibly and safely, they do just that.
I want to make it clear, I am not some hardcore psychonaut, I’m quite the opposite. I don’t own a single tie dye shirt and I have no interest in sending anyone to the dark side of the moon. That said, Stanislav Grof, a giant in the field of psychology, eloquently said, "It does not seem to be an exaggeration to say that psychedelics, used responsibly and with proper caution, would be for psychiatry what the microscope is for biology and medicine or the telescope is for astronomy.”
He went on to say, “These tools make it possible to study important processes that under normal circumstances are not available for direct observation”. Basically, psychedelics give you the ability to see what’s really going on inside yourself. They have been used for thousands of generations, and across every continent. Human existence would not be what it is today without them and their importance cannot be overstated.
We do our best to figure out the most effective course of action on a case by case basis.

We as humans are amazing problem solvers. We can pretty much solve any problem we put our minds to, but sometimes the hardest part is knowing which problem to solve.
After all, we’re the ones that harnessed fire, planted crops, generated electricity, and created the internet. Unfortunately, the world has gotten so complex and confusing we often put our time and energy into solving the wrong problems, and this is where inner guidance comes in.
All too often we only see the external problems. Maybe it’s the money we make, the partner we have, or the job we hate. These all may be problems that need to be solved, but often times they are the symptom and not the cause. By refocusing clients away from the external, we attain a deeper understanding of what forces are really driving our daily lives.
Transformation happens when we discover, understand, and challenge the root structure of our personalities.
Meet Bijan
From as early as I can remember something was always wrong. Sometimes it was a few things, and sometimes it was everything. I was wrong. Relationships were wrong. Career, wrong. Diet, wrong. Money, exercise, clothes, sleep, house, haircut, all wrong. No matter what I did, no matter what I’d accomplished, i couldn’t escape it. After 40 years of trying I was exhausted and lost. Something had to change, I just didn’t know what.
I’d tried it all before: therapy, self-help, medication - not even a dent. Out of options, I started to question the “old gods”. Maybe I wasn’t wrong. Maybe career wasn’t the answer. Maybe a new relationship couldn’t fix everything… It’s obvious to me now, but at the time it was revelatory. For the first time I started looking inward rather than outward and things started to change. Not to get too mythological, but the author Joseph Campbell calls this “Crossing the Threshold”. It’s when you leave the known, ordinary life and enter the unknown. It’s there I discovered a world I’d once dismissed as nonsense. A world of truth and introspection filled with well researched and well documented science that was undeniable. This is the knowledge I’d been searching for my entire life, and as the old adage goes, “there’s nothing new under the sun.”
I won’t lie, changing yourself at any age isn’t easy, and changing at the age you’d thought you’d be “complete” really stinks, but that’s precisely why I built the studio. I could go on and on about how I modeled it after the ancient training grounds of the Greeks and Persians for intellectual, spiritual, and physical improvement, but in the end I built it because it’s the place I needed when I was going through it. When I was lost and having some of the most difficult, bewildering, but profound times in my life, this is the place I wished I could’ve relied on. I built this place as a starting ground. A place of learning and exploration. A place of safety.
A Note on Our Process: M.P.G. Studio provides non-clinical movement instruction, psychedelic integration, and guidance. We are not a licensed medical or psychiatric facility.
FAQ
-
The M.P.G. Studio is for those who’ve tried: maybe you’ve tried career, relationships, status, or wealth. Maybe you’ve tried fitness, therapy, medication, or self help. Maybe it’s all helped a little, maybe not at all. If you're still feeling incomplete, maybe it's because standard practices were never designed to go deep enough. M.P.G. does.
Never one-size-fits-all. Never cookie-cutter. Deep, personal work tailored entirely to the individual.
-
Unfortunately, we cannot supply, administer, or facilitate access to psychedelics of any kind. Sourcing, procuring, and taking these substances is a personal choice, and should be made with as little outside influence as possible. That being said, we try and offer the highest levels of harm reduction education to each and every client regardless of what they decide.
-
Nothing at M.P.G. is one size fits all, so session time can vary client to client. As a general rule we recommend a 2 to 3 hour block for a client’s first session.
-
Not at all. Every session is fully tailored to your physical and emotional state that day. You dictate the pace.
-
No. There are no “have to’s” in this work. Everything is about self-discovery and a client’s comfort level. We meet you exactly where you are.
-
Yes and no. As a starting point, we like clients to work in the studio. As the work progresses, sessions go where they need to. That can be anything from a simple walk around the neighborhood, a bike ride at the beach, or something more elaborate based on a client’s specific needs.
